Sweet and Tangy Mustard Dressing
Servings:
Makes 3/4 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup yellow mustard
3 Tbsp. canola or sunflower seed oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. ground chipotle chile powder or cayenne pepper
Fine sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until well-mixed.
Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week.
