- Heat a saute pan or wok over medium high heat. Add oil.
- Carefully add the stir fry mix and stir and toss so everything cooks evenly. Add in the garlic.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add in the stir-fry sauce and mix everything well.
- Taste and adjust seasonings to your particular taste. If sauce gets to thick, add a little water or broth to thin it out.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
