As a community-driven nonprofit organization, LEAP defines success by the impact we have in the communities we serve. You’ve heard us say it time and time again, “LEAP nurtures our food community”—what does that mean? We think about our “food systems work” across three interconnected areas: local food access, farmer support, and food community building. Together with the community partners, business sponsors, and individuals who support our work, we strive to strengthen our local food systems. We do this to ensure that EVERYONE has access to fresh food, and that local farmers and food businesses are able to thrive.

We are honored to share our 2025 LEAP Annual Report, which demonstrates our collective impact as an organization in the last year. The Annual Report includes LEAP’s financial and program impact reports, including fiscally sponsored programs. A big thank you to our collective food community who continued to show up in 2025 to support farmers and food businesses and make fresh food more accessible to more people.
