Sweet and Tangy Mustard Dressing

Servings:
Makes 3/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. canola or sunflower seed oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. ground chipotle chile powder or cayenne pepper
  • Fine sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until well-mixed.
  2. Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week.
